Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, authentication details, workspace preferences, and support communications.
- Shop and content information: product listings, shop URLs, images, descriptions, brand preferences, and other product information you choose to import.
- Connected-account information: identifiers, boards, publishing permissions, and access tokens from services such as Pinterest, Shopify, or Etsy when you authorize a connection.
- Usage and device information: pages viewed, actions taken, browser type, IP address, approximate location, and diagnostic data used to maintain security and reliability.
- Payment information: billing status and transaction identifiers. Full payment card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored by SchedulePins.
How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, secure, maintain, and improve SchedulePins;
- import source content and generate the Pin concepts and copy you request;
- connect authorized accounts and publish content you approve;
- process subscriptions, send service messages, and provide support;
- understand feature usage and prevent fraud, abuse, or technical failures; and
- send product news or marketing communications when permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
Connected services and generated content
When you connect a third-party account, SchedulePins receives the information and permissions shown during that provider's authorization process. We use those permissions only to provide the features you request.
Content submitted for generation may be processed by infrastructure, storage, analytics, and AI service providers acting on our behalf. We limit the information shared to what is reasonably needed to provide the requested feature and require service providers to protect it.
You may disconnect a supported integration from SchedulePins and, where available, from the third party's own account settings.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against abuse. Retention periods vary by data type and context.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we encourage strong account credentials and prompt reporting of suspected misuse.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
You can update certain account information in the product, disconnect integrations, unsubscribe from marketing email, or contact us to submit a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
SchedulePins is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as SchedulePins changes. If an update is material, we will provide notice through the service, by email, or by another appropriate method. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
