Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and SchedulePins regarding the website, applications, and related services we provide. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. If you use SchedulePins for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share access in a way that exceeds your plan, impersonate another person, create accounts through abusive automation, or attempt to bypass limits or security controls.
Using SchedulePins
You agree not to use the service to:
- violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or third-party platform rules;
- publish spam, deceptive promotions, malware, unlawful products, or abusive content;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- resell or sublicense SchedulePins except through an agreement that expressly permits it; or
- use generated output without reviewing whether it is accurate, appropriate, and lawful for your intended use.
We may apply reasonable usage and technical limits to protect service quality, platform compliance, and other users.
Your content and AI-assisted output
You retain ownership of content you submit to SchedulePins. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide features you request.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to use submitted product images, text, logos, URLs, and other materials. You are responsible for reviewing generated images and copy before publication.
AI-assisted output may occasionally be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to content produced for others. We do not guarantee that output is unique, error-free, non-infringing, or appropriate for every commercial use.
Third-party platforms
SchedulePins connects with services operated by third parties. Your use of Pinterest, Shopify, Etsy, payment providers, and other connected services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
We do not control third-party availability, APIs, account decisions, or policy changes. You are responsible for ensuring that your campaigns and business comply with each connected platform's requirements.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans renew at the interval shown during checkout until canceled. Prices, included usage, and taxes are disclosed before purchase. You authorize our payment provider to charge the selected payment method.
You may cancel renewal through account settings or the method we provide. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable and access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
Warranties and limitation of liability
SchedulePins is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, SchedulePins will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by third-party services, platform enforcement, generated output, or content you publish.
Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid SchedulePins during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Ending service, changes, and contact
You may stop using SchedulePins at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, or harm to the service or others.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service, by email, or another appropriate method. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
